Relationship integrity

Quality belongs to a specific relationship between Customer and Supplier and to its Value Contract.

Customer and Supplier are contextual roles. The governed record must preserve which expectation, acceptance, execution, and evidence apply to this Commitment.

Governed states

Backlogged → Potential → Committed → Realized

Stages describe the state of one Value record; they are not separate amounts to stack. 5 Angles helps Potential Value approach its natural highest defensible point before realization.

Quality and Realized Value

Create Value by delivering Quality.

Quality is the level of alignment between finished execution and Customer expectation as defined within the Commitment’s Value Contract. Realized Value is what the Customer has accepted.
