How it works

From observation to governed improvement.

What people observe becomes inspectable evidence. Leadership chooses what deserves action. Accepted improvements move through the PMO and systems the company already uses.

The operating lifecycle

Establish. Normalize. Maintain Good Standing.

Start small enough to govern honestly: one PE Tower plus two portfolio companies.

01
First 30 days

Established

Create the governed current state, evidence register, friction inventory, normalized backlog, initial company views, and Tower portfolio summary.

02
Repeatable discipline

Normalized

Improve evidence quality, definitions, ownership, object relationships, exception handling, and operating cadence.

03
Maintained integrity

Good Standing

Monthly company/Tower integrity review and quarterly standards/release review keep understanding current.

Natural operational output

A governed CI backlog. Not another place to manage work.

Accepted opportunities become prioritized, accountable CI work. Approved Epics and Stories enter the company’s existing PMO, project, Lean, or execution workstreams. Results return to 5 Angles with evidence so the organization can test whether execution delivered Quality and accepted Value.

Capability transfer

Learn the motion. Own the capability.

Rapid immersion concentrates learning around synthetic practice and governed work. Customers build toward self sufficiency as quickly as responsible stewardship allows, while 5 Angles remains available through a lasting relationship that must continue to create Value.

DDC

Discussion → Decision → Commitment

Discussion turns assumptions into shared expectations. An authorized individual chooses. This includes remaining at Peace. Any resulting Commitment is recorded with ownership, scope, timebox, acceptance, and evidence.

Dynamic relationships

Customer and Supplier are roles. They are not permanent labels.

Every governed Commitment connects a Customer expectation with Supplier execution. An individual, team, company, or portfolio may be a Customer in one relationship and a Supplier in the next.

01Customer expectationWhat condition, outcome, or experience will be accepted?
02Value ContractWhat did the Supplier accept, and how will Quality be evidenced?
03Supplier executionFinished execution returns for Customer acceptance and Value recognition.
Data boundary

Standards and learning move down. Approved intelligence moves up.

Raw evidence remains inside each company. Only separately approved output objects with clear provenance may move to the Tower. Raw sources, PII, IP, prompts, rejected candidates, and detailed execution data do not.
